Biography
Hayun Cho is an Assistant Professor of Korean Literature and Popular Culture in the Department of East Asian Languages and Cultures at the University of Notre Dame. Her research interests span fiction and non-fiction, film and media, feminist and queer theory, affect, and transpacific studies. Dr. Cho's current research focuses on contemporary South Korean literature and film with attention to feminist cultural production of the 1990s and 2000s. She writes poetry and her first collection Sea Changes is forthcoming from Adobe Press.
