Notre Dame's Center for the Study of Languages and Cultures (CSLC) is a vault of unparalleled resources for any lingual adventure that you embark on. 

Of the many resources that the CSLC offers most utilized is their Peer Tutoring, Language assessment, or their Summer Language Abroad programs. All of these tools are meant to assess, facilitate, and promote greater fluency in a multitude of languages.

Traditionally, Notre Dame offers classes in Arabic, Chinese, French, German, Greek, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Latin, Portuguese, Russian, and Spanish. Can't find your dream language here? The CSLC also offers Less Commonly Taught Languages such as: Creole, Hindi, Quechua, and Swahili.

Still, not enough? Notre Dame pays for a university-based subscription service with Mango Languages for each and every student! 

Mango Languages is an online resource, similar to that of Rosetta Stone, that utilizes strategies proven to help anyone gain greater fluency in over 70 languages!

Whether you wanted to learn Danish or Serbian or even supplement your studies in any of Notre Dame's language courses, Mango Languages is a life-saver
