East Asian Culture Day will feature cultural activities like various games and traditional arts such as calligraphy and painting. The primary aim of East Asian Culture Day is to immerse our students in the languages and cultures of China, Japan and Korea. It provides an opportunity for them to engage with peers and faculty from different language backgrounds. East Asian Culture Day has consistently demonstrated its value by promoting interactivity, fostering a multicultural understanding, and strengthening our community's ties.
East Asian Culture Day is sponsored by: Department of East Asian Languages and Cultures, Liu Institute for Asia and Asian Studies, The Center for the Study of Languages and Cultures, and the Office of Undergraduate Studies, College of Arts and Letters.
